PAID ANALYSIS FUNCTIONAL PROCEDURE

After the "Experiment Request Form" below is filled and signed, it should be sent to the R&D and Quality Assurance Department by e-mail, fax or by hand.

Points to be considered while sending samples:
• Samples are sent in their original packaging. If not, the sample should be properly packaged.
• The sample packaging should be closed in such a way that it does not get moisture, light and dust from the outside. It should be protected to protect the sample against external impacts.
• The sample's Kimpack Plastik ve Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş., a report is kept and the test request is notified to the owner and the courier or company representative who brought the sample.

PAID ANALYSIS TEST PROCEDURE

1. It is the customer's responsibility to take the sample in accordance with the test conditions when it is not taken by the laboratory.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to properly transport, package and preserve the sample until it is accepted into the laboratory.
3. Request Acceptance starts from the date the sample and necessary documents and documents are delivered to the laboratory in full.
4. Technical documents (excluding standards) related to the product will be sent by the customer together with the sample.
5. When there is a deviation from the promised conditions, the customer is informed in writing or verbally.
6. The objection period is 1 month from the date of notification of the result. Samples that are not taken within 3 months after the procedures are completed are disposed of. When necessary, the transaction costs for liquidation are borne by the customer.
7. For test samples that are not delivered to the laboratory within 30 days following the opening of the test request, the opened test request will be cancelled.
8. Experiments cannot be started until the receipt of the test fee is delivered to the laboratory.
9. Requests whose payment documents are not delivered to the laboratory within 30 days from the date of the request are canceled and the samples are liquidated.
